Médiations thérapeutiques groupales avec des adultes autistes : pour un repérage clinique des transformations à l’oeuvre

Guillaume Rebollar, Anne Brun

Abstract

This article describes the processes at play in expressive therapy groups for
adults with a diagnosis of autism or psychosis. Supported by the example of
an art therapy group with autistic patients, it also proposes a clinical methodology
for evaluating appropriate methods of care, based on a psychoanalytic
epistemology, that is, on different forms of transference (transference
to the materials of the medium, transference to the material aspects of the
frame, transference to the clinician, transference to the group) and different
levels of associativity, such as verbal or sensori-motor-affective.
